*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehab Hospital in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans.

*Duties*
– Conduct thorough patient assessments.
– Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
– Utilize UDS charting for accurate documentation.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

*Requirements*
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NH.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
