Physical Therapist

Job Description

> REF:#18c81e83ec6d6e99 Responsibilities:
– Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
– Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
– Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
– Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:
– Acute care experience preferred
– Proficiency in trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques
– Strong patient care skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients of all ages and backgrounds
– Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
– Experience working independently and in home health setting
– Experience with geriatric patients is desirable

-Able to accept cases in surrounding areas(Menifee, Murrieta,etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Per diem

Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
