We are hiring a Center Clinical Manager for our Nashua, NH Center. Join our team to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and help us achieve our mission of Transforming Lives Together!

Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
*Sign on BONUS available*

Responsibilities
Create and maintain strong team member engagement and culture
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the center
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and families
Promote the center’s services through outreach and community events
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Regularly assess the physical environment to identify and remove any barriers to accessibility.
Manage a team of Supervisors delivering ABA and all clinical activity around their caseloads
Observe, review, mentor and provide feedback regarding implementation of services that are aligned with the agency’s Personalized Care Philosophy to ABA Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and trainers
Assist the Senior Regional Clinical Manager in region staff caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management
Assist in creation and implementation of center initiatives
Overseeing and sustaining the cost center to ensure financial stability

Requirements:
Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology or Related Field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
Proof of annual flu vaccination
Pass DOJ Clearance
Experience supporting Supervisors implementing ABA programs with individuals with, Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other developmental disorders
At least 3 years’ experience as a practicing BCBA treating children with autism
Experience implementing and designing programs for child with an autism spectrum disorder using all established ABA methodologies
