NP/PA – Spine & Pain Management

Job Description

> REF:#151c6c197eccb893 Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Spine & Pain Management provider team.

Experience in Pain Management is preferred but open to train new graduates with a *serious* interest in Spine and Pain Management.
* Seeing follow-up patients for chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
* Patient population will be 18 years and older.
* Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no call
