* Contract Type: Travel
* Shift: Days and Mids
* Duration: 13 weeks
* Guaranteed Hours: 34.5 hours available
* _Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2+ years of experience; ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS Certified; NY State License; Must be able to float to units within skillset_
* *Pay Rate for 34.5 hrs:*

*Weekly Gross* $ 2,756.50
*Weekly Taxable* $ 586.50
*Weekly Non- Taxable* $ 2,170.00
*Hourly Taxable Upto 40* $ 17.00
*Hourly Non Tax* $ 62.90
*Overtime after 40* $ 25.50
* *Requirements:*
* Resume (Minimum 2+ years’ experience)
* Skills checklist
* ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS
* x2 references (within last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
* Driver’s license
* Covid Card
* Flu shot
* NY State License
