Start Date: Immediately

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to post-acute patients

• Manage a patient load of 8-10 patients per day, with occasional increases

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Participate in group therapy sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Arizona state PT license (or Compact state license)

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but open to new graduates
