Job Description
This RN position requires 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with no on-call or weekend duties. The pay ranges from $56.580 to $83.760, based on experience.
Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking, and collaboration with the care team.
Must have a valid CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, and at least 1 year of clinical experience or new grad training.
Responsibilities include care planning, patient advocacy, education, delegation, leadership, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Demonstrates professional behavior, promotes effective communication, adapts to diverse needs, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
