Job Description
This RN position involves providing direct and indirect patient care during 12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7:30 AM) with no on-call requirement. Compensation ranges from $56.580 to $83.760 based on experience.
Requires California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications, and at least 1 year of clinical experience or new grad status.
Responsibilities include clinical assessment, planning, and execution of individualized care, demonstrating clinical judgment, decision-making, and leadership.
Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families, advocates for patient needs, and coordinates discharge planning.
Must perform complex problem-solving, delegate tasks appropriately, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication, cultural competence, and mentorship, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
