Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD) with an active, unrestricted license to perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans on a part-time, in-person basis.

  • Responsibilities include reviewing behavioral health records electronically, conducting comprehensive assessments in person, and completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
  • The role does not involve treatment or medication prescription, and disability determinations are made by the VA.
  • Assess approximately 4 Veterans per day, working 2 days a week (8 am-5 pm).
  • This is an independent contractor position with benefits including malpractice insurance and health options.
  • Applicants must have graduated from an APA-accredited program and meet VA credentialing requirements.
