Clinical Pharmacy Specialist I – Hematology
Job Description
Seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) in hematology/oncology to provide expert clinical leadership and direct patient care.
Role involves drug therapy design, monitoring, patient counseling, participating in collaborative drug therapy management, developing treatment guidelines, and educating staff through presentations and training.
Qualifications include a Doctorate in Pharmacy, NY license or eligibility, completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy and oncology residency or equivalent, and oncology experience preferred.
Core skills required are leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, motivation, and a passion for oncology.
Work hours are typically Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week, with flexibility as needed. Located at a prominent cancer care facility, reporting to the Manager of Oncology Clinical Pharmacy.
Pay range: $134,600â$222,200.
