Job Description

This Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role involves providing primary and emergency patient care during day shifts in the U.S., with a salary range of $84,226.94 – $139,700.04.

  • Contribute to a compassionate environment by demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.

  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

  • Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

  • Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop Plans of Care and guide ancillary staff.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, handling sensitive information responsibly and securely.
