This clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Offer primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborate with the nursing team to create and follow patient Care Plans.
Guide ancillary staff and maintain professional standards. The role may involve access to sensitive information protected by privacy laws, requiring strict confidentiality and need-to-know access.
