Job Description
This clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care in a Medical/Surgical Hospitalist setting during day shifts.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and document appropriately.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administer medications as prescribed and collaborate with the team to develop patient Care Plans.
Guide ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
The role requires ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information, complying with relevant privacy regulations, and recognizing the value of each team member’s contribution.
