The Clinical Nurse in Neuro Progressive Care provides compassionate patient, family, and colleague support through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Evaluates patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as prescribed and collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
This role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
