The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Administers medications as ordered and collaborates on patient care plans.

Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ensures compliance with privacy regulations and handles sensitive information responsibly.
