The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care through kindness and active listening.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents them per regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the nursing team to develop Plans of Care and guides ancillary staff.

Requires a nursing diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree, current NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.

Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care required.

Must possess strong communication, organization, and quality improvement knowledge.

This role involves handling sensitive information per HIPAA and privacy standards.
