Job Description
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care tailored to the specific age group on assigned units, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care aligned with organizational standards.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license, with BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire and other certifications within 6 months.
Possesses knowledge of patient rights, effective communication skills, and ability to adapt care to patient developmental stages.
Supervised by the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Works in a clean, well-lit environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens and potential infectious diseases.
Must handle emergency situations, perform extensive physical tasks, and maintain visual and auditory acuity.
