Job Description
Seeking a full-time RN for the Neonatal ICU, working 36 hours/week on day shifts with 3 x 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Administer medications as ordered and collaborate with the team to develop care plans.
Direct ancillary staff and maintain professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
