This Float Pool RN role involves working 12-day shifts in the medical, post-surgical, and emergency departments, with a salary range of $72,072â$74,229.
Assess, plan, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care according to policies and regulations.
Order and evaluate diagnostic tests, respond to patient needs, and provide primary and emergency care.
