Clinical Nurse – Med Surg Float Pool
Job Description
This float pool RN role involves providing care across medicine, post-surgical, and emergency departments on a 12-day shift, with a salary range of $72,072â$74,229.
The nurse assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within acute care.
Essential duties include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with the care team to develop and execute patient care plans.
Minimum qualifications are a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, current RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, including at least 1 year in telemetry or ICU. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
