Job Description
The Float Pool Nurse provides care across medical, post-surgical, and emergency departments during night shifts, earning $72,072-$74,229 annually.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, provides primary/emergency care, and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary staff, ensures quality standards, and maintains documentation.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and 1-3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in ICU or telemetry.
