Job Description
Join the Critical Care Float Pool, working night shifts in a Level I trauma center, with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.20 and hourly pay of $33.00 – $33.99.
Gain experience across various critical care units including Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient needs.
Collaborate with the team to create and follow care plans, supervise ancillary staff, and ensure quality standards.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
