Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care unit provides compassionate patient care, including administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in decision-making.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and implement care plans, directing ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves ensuring patient safety, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting a caring environment.
