The Post Anesthesia Care clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
They assess patient needs, apply sound judgment, and deliver primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
The role involves collaborating with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care, directing ancillary staff, and maintaining professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
