Job Description
The Post Anesthesia Care clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care following regulations.
Orders and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), a valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
