Job Description
The Post Anesthesia Care clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs, applies sound nursing judgment, and manages both primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or bachelorâs degree, and a current RN license.
Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications, with 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves access to sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
