Job Description
The Post Anesthesia Care clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for both primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow individualized Care Plans, directing ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree, with current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
