Job Description
Join the Critical Care Float Pool team to gain experience in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to develop skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care according to policies.
Assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic tests, and apply sound nursing judgment.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to create and follow patient care plans, guide ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Must have a valid NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are required.
The role offers a salary range of $71,612.39 – $110,999.20 and may involve access to sensitive information requiring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
