Job Description
Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, gaining experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and intermediate care units.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate with the team to develop care plans.
Hold a current NYS RN license, with 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
This role offers opportunities to develop specialized competencies in emergency and neuro-progressive care, working in a Level I trauma center environment.
