Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, gaining experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to expand skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting appropriately.
Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and apply sound nursing judgment.
Administer emergency and routine care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff, maintain professional standards, and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements include NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
