The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit (Night Shift) provides compassionate patient care, demonstrating kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care according to regulations.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
The role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
