Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts in the U.S., earning $36.73 to $60.93 hourly ($76,396.32 – $126,730.61 annually).
Creates a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents care following policies and regulations.
Evaluates patient needs and responses to care.
Uses sound judgment in patient management.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains nursing standards.
The role involves handling sensitive information per HIPAA and applicable laws, ensuring minimal access and secure use of data.
