Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments, procedures, and tests while documenting appropriately.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Contributes to a caring environment through kindness and active listening.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations, ensuring sensitive information is protected.
