Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments and tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.
Collaborates with the nursing team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Maintains professional standards and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations.
