Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, contributing to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documentation.
Assesses patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining professional standards.
Salary ranges from $76,396.32 to $126,730.61, with an hourly rate of $36.73 – $60.93.
This role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring compliance with privacy regulations and a ‘need to know’ access policy.
