The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit works night shifts, contributing to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Ensures professional standards are maintained in patient care and documentation.
The role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to privacy laws.
