Job Description
The clinical Nurse in the Gyn department provides compassionate, patient-centered care through kindness and active listening.
Works 36 hours/week on night shifts (7pm-7:30am) with weekend and holiday commitments.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care per regulations.
Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment for care decisions.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
The role upholds confidentiality and complies with privacy regulations, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information.
