The clinical Nurse in the Gyn department contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to create a patient Care Plan.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
