The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment through kindness and active listening, recognizing each employeeâs value.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.

Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.

Collaborates with the team to develop patient Care Plans, directs ancillary staff, and maintains professional standards.

Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.

Must possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Salary ranges from $33.00/hr to $126,730.61 annually.
