Job Description
This Clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and patient responses to care.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Minimum requirements include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The salary range is $33.00/hr – $63.98/hr. The role emphasizes creating a caring environment and upholding confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
