Job Description
The Pediatric ICU night shift Clinical Nurse assesses, plans, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and care transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, evaluating diagnostic tests, and providing primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop and execute patient care plans, guides ancillary staff, and ensures high-quality, compassionate care.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, with preferred previous nursing assistant experience.
Must demonstrate ongoing professional development, quality improvement knowledge, and adherence to confidentiality and safety regulations. The salary range is $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, with an hourly rate of $36-$40.
