Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, contributing to a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and tests, and documents treatments following policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans, guides ancillary staff, and maintains professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
