Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound judgment in care management.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Directs ancillary staff, maintains professional nursing standards, and ensures documentation compliance.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Must have 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
