Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow patient care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
This role involves working evening hours (2100-0730) with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61, and an hourly range of $36.73 – $60.93.
