Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
This role emphasizes creating a caring environment and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and confidentiality standards.
