Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, and documents treatments.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Evaluates patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment.
  • Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborates with the team to create and follow patient care plans.
  • Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.

    • Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are required. The role involves evening hours (2100-0730) with a salary range of $36.73 – $60.93 per hour. It emphasizes confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
