Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, and documents care according to regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Leads and guides ancillary staff, maintaining nursing standards.
Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This role involves safeguarding sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
