Job Description
The Post Anesthesia Care clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Assesses and responds to patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment for both routine and emergency care.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and follow plans of care, guiding ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), a current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This role may involve handling sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
