Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care unit provides compassionate patient care, following physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop individualized care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Possesses strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
Work hours are 0900-2130 with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.
The role involves maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
