Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, evaluating responses, and applying sound nursing judgment for primary and emergency care.
Collaborates with the team to develop care plans and guides ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Work hours are 0900-2130 (0.9FTE), with a salary range of $76,396.32 – $126,730.61.
